Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from the date you order, including processing time.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@astivrahealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.
